When I founded INDUS (ITA) almost two years back, the dream was that Technology wizards who are Indian/South-Asian Americans should have such a platform where they meet once in a month (at least) to socialize, network and applaud the achievers. Do I need to mention khaana-peena AND nachna-gauna!

This is a picture of our most recent meeting last Friday (February 17) where Governor John Carney and Senator Bryan Townsend were our guests.

At the time of ITA’s monthly third Friday event on February 17th, Delaware’s newly elected Governor Carney also completed his first month in the office. I congratulated him, emphatically, alluding to the underlying happiness of minorities in Delaware in the backdrop of the crazy winds sweeping the country.

Governor Carney was interviewed by Jus-Punjabi TV during INDUS’ February 17th meet.

You see here Governor Carney with his own painted portrait in vitrified tile gifted to him by INDUS on February 17. He looks certainly happy. Thanks to the painter in Nagpur.
