Every adult wants his or her own place. The want is not a human monopoly. Tekstrom (the company I started fresh off the boat in 1999) turned 18 this year and already has a new home, its own home. The picture shows the local employees of the company who participated in Sikh, Hindu and Christian prayers yesterday to bless the place.

Delaware’s Indian community had a joyous celebration with plenty of “vande matram” moments during the independence day parade and later during flag hoisting and national anthem singing. The parade started to march from Hockessin fire co. location and converged at Hockessin Hindu Temple. Big thanks to the temple for hosting it.
I heartily laud Juhi Jagiasi and my dear friend Ravi Gupta for their time and effort. We were joined in this celebration by Lt Gov. Bethany Hall-Long, New Castle County Executive Matt Meyer, Delaware senator Gregory F Lavalle, and couple of state representatives as well.

Wednesday, 6/21, I hosted an Iftar party. I am thankful to the members of Delaware’s Muslim community, pastors of various churches, plus members of state’s Sikh and Hindu communities for their joyous participation and making it a memorable event.

We @indUS Technology Association (ITA) raised $2100 to salute in respect and gratitude Cpl Stephen Ballard’s sacrifice. Major Melissa Zebley of Delaware State Police was there to accept it. Seen in the picture here is a framed poster of the check with signatures of the donor members.
Members of all law enforcement agencies, Love you all!
